Mashable is constantly using video as a traffic driver. It's smart. I get it. It works. The variety of videos they post are as broad as the Internet itself.
Take this one for example.
It's footage of a kid walking, for the first time, I guess. It also features a dog who's exciting and bouncing all around the kid. As the moment happens, the dog decides to take a dump on the floor. Of course, the kid stumbles around and falls on the crap.
